Welcome to Maruti Pickers. By booking our transport services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
We provide transport and delivery services for goods across Ankleshwar, Bharuch district, and nearby areas.
Service availability may vary depending on vehicle type, location, and timing.
2. Booking & Confirmation
• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website inquiry
• Confirmation is subject to driver and vehicle availability
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details
Any last-minute changes may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Charges are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and goods weight/size
• Extra charges may apply for loading, waiting time, tolls, or special handling
• Payments must be made at delivery completion unless agreed otherwise
• GST invoice is available for registered businesses
All payments are non-refundable once the service is completed.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure:
• Goods are legally allowed for transport
• Proper packing of fragile and valuable items
• Correct delivery information is shared
We may refuse transport if goods are unsafe or restricted by law.
5. Goods Handling & Safety
We take reasonable care in transporting goods; however:
• We are not liable for poor packaging done by the customer
• Any fragile or high-value items must be disclosed before transport
• Loss or damage caused due to incorrect declaration is not covered
Claims, if any, must be reported immediately upon delivery.
6. Delays
We aim for on-time delivery, but delays may occur due to:
• Traffic or road conditions
• Weather or unavoidable circumstances
• Operational restrictions
We do not guarantee delivery timings in such situations.
7. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be requested before vehicle dispatch
• If a driver has already reached pickup point, a minimum charge may apply
8. Prohibited Items
Customers must not provide goods that include:
• Illegal substances
• Explosives, hazardous chemicals
• Perishable items requiring special temperature control (unless agreed)
9. Liability Limitations
Our maximum liability is limited to the transport charge paid.
We do not cover indirect loss such as business interruption or lost profits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated version will be published on the website with revised date.
